What Can Cause On And Off Chest Pain?

I am 25 year old female. 5'8" 260 lbs. Been having chest pains off and on for past two years. Pressure, pain on left side of chest. Jaw pain, back pain, left arm tingling. EKG, stress test, ultrasound say it is not heart problem; cholestrol normal, blood pressure is borderline high. One doctor says its muscle pain, another says mitral valve prolapse. I'm still worried that it is heart disease of some kind. What could it be?

Hi welcome to health care magic....

On first look your case seems to be muscular chest pain .....
But history since two year and pain on left side with radiating at jaw and back....

So I want to rule out here cardiac cause first...
Do the better investigation for heart that is 2D echo cardiography...
It will reveal if any cardiac cause present.

For muscular pain rest taken with analgesic....
Strenous work restricted...

If you have any gastric cause then reffered chest pain can occur...

Take care....
