What Can Cause Pain In Lower Joints And Stomach Pain Simultaneously?

Hi, for the week I have been getting a weird jittery feeling down the right hand side of my spine, it is affecting my ability to sleep and i am really having trouble sitting at my desk at work now. It feels worse around my shoulders and especially across my pelvis. i had a viral stomach bug last week and it started around that time. It is making me feel a bit sick and is driving me to distraction. Any advise/thoughts - please.....
