What Can Cause Pain In Testicles,hands ,legs,sore Throat,dizziness And Headache?

I am having pain for the past few months in my testicles and in my hands and legs, now i have soar throat as well and some times a dizzy headache. Please help me if i am suffering from STD. I had an exposure during November 2009 but with protection only.
