What Can Cause Pain In Thigh With Swollen Lymph Nodes?

i have an unexplained blue black pain on my inner thigh and also some swollen lymph nodes in neck along with earache and severe pain in my jaw i also have itching and pain at bottom of foot and severe pain in my joints i do have alot of cancer on both sides of my family and i have lost alot of weight too and also have a constant cold which is like jelly in my thoat.the pain is a severe numbness in same arm where the pain is in jaw and nodes in the neck . i am a 38yr old female i have three kids ages 20/17/10
