What Can Cause Pain On Right Ear, Jaw And Neck?

I have pain in the right side of my neck, not a sore throat, pain in my jaw and earache, all on right side. This started yesterday around 9 and has progressed to very painful, that I am taking tylenol every 4 hours. my doctor can't see me until tomorrow, should I go to emerg?
