What Can Cause Premature Ejaculation?
There's a guy who went to the hospital complaining of pre
mature ejaculation, like when stressed out,after undergoing tests the
doctor said he has a fast reproductive system making the sac full and
needs to expiate,after drugs prescription,doctor advised masturbation
or sex at least once a week but his religion forbids it and because there is high risk even death,at this
point what is he advised to do?,any natural remedy? medications

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.
As a physician I would like to suggest to the guy that he must have found out about the Premature ejaculation during Sex or Masturbation only. Thus I will advise him to continue doing either one of them as after he is dead, there will be no use of a Forbidding religion to him
I would also like to suggest him to make stress in his life less, go hit gym, lose weight, have plenty of after daily, have Plenty of healthy food, Have adequate sleep everyday, Avoid Alcohol and smoking and try mastering Kegal exercises.
