What Can Cause Pressure, Congestion And Ringing In The Ears?

For several weeks now I have been experiencing a sensation of fullness, ringing, and muffled sound in both ears. I ve also had some coughing that I think is due to allergies and wonder if the two are related. I am mostly, though, concerned with the ear issue.

Hi,

I think this situation is coming from allergy and congestion. You can use antihistamines such Benadryl or Cetirizine. Rinse nose with saline water. Stay near a steamy sink and humidify air. Talk to your doctor because you may need to use oral corticosteroids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
