What Can Cause Recurrent Leg Weakness And Dizziness Post-mild COVID Infection?

Hi my 19 year old had very mild Covid back in January and after her legs felt like jelly, and dizzy where she says she felt like she was being pulled back. It went away and now 7 months later she felt it again. Like she’s been exerting her legs and dizzy. No other symptoms.
