What Can Cause Red Rashes Turning Into Red Patches On Fore Arm,back And Ankles?

Doctor I am having red rashes at the fore arm, back, and ankles. The rashes turns gradually into red patches. When I consulted one doctor I was treated for Scabies and took the prescriptions for one year the rashes were disappearing and again reoccurs in 15 days, again when I consulted another doctor recently, I was diagnosed of having Fungus Infection and given Tenovate M and oral medicine but not curing completely it reoccurring again. what may be the reason and treatment Kindly suggest me.

hello...your rashes can be fungal infection. but tenovate M is not the right medicine for it. am prescribing u a course of antifungal.
cap itraconazole 100 mg twice daily
tab cetrizine 5 mg twice daily
luliconazole cream twice daily
follow up after 15 days with the response.
