What Can Cause Red Spots On The Roof Of The Mouth After An Oral Sex?

I've had oral unprotected sex about 4 or 5 times, and until recently I've noticed red spots on the roof of my mouth, nothing else. They don't iritate a whole lot... I've only had a small cough and once I drink Nyquil or Dayquil the iritation goes away. Would could this be?
