What Can Cause Redness And Raw Spot On Right Side Of The Labia?

I just was seen at the gynocologist and everything looked fine. I tested positive for HPV and had a Colcoscopy done where everything seemed to be fine. I also tested positive for Chlamydia and took medication for it and should be cleared of it. I just noticed on the right side of my labia is all red and has a raw spot. What could this be?
