What Can Cause Sensation In Brain After Endometrium Tuberculosis?

Hi i was detected of endometrium tuberculosis on June 26 2010 i have taken AKT 4 for 3 months and R cinex for 3 months on August 23 i was feeling an imbalance in my whole body t started spinning sensation in my brain it persisted for 24 hrs t was on vertin stugeron but oit did not work the problem aggrivated fibally i wasnt to a neuroligist now the syptoms have reduced but still i feel apersistent swaying in my brain and can feel some rocking sensation i need a solution please i am on Rexipra and have started vest rehab???
