What Can Cause Severe Sneezing And Runny Nose?

Out of no where today I sneezed I bet 75 times in 45 mins and at least 7 times an hr ever since and that was 12 hors ago and my nose is literally dripping water so bad I plug them with TP to keep from flooding the place. What can cause this and is it harmful

Hi,

This is typical of rhinitis, that is inflammation of nasal mucosa. Very often it is caused by viruses, like flue, and does not need any treatment however for symptoms control you may use some antihistamines like zyrtic once or twice a day.

Topical steroids spray may also be used if symptoms are worse and not controlled by anti histamines only. Some times its caused by allergies to other things, however treatment remain the same.
