What Can Cause Shaking Tendency In Fingers?

Hi. Um I'm 14 Almost 15 and I just recently noticed that when I'm on the computer my fingers shake. I also notiiced its mainly my right Index finger that shakes the most, It even shakes more when I Stop typing! I have ADD, but I'm not sure it has to do with my Shaky FIngers. It Kinda scares me! Is it A bad thing???
