What Can Cause Shaky Hands And Vibrating Sensation?

I am 18 years old and two months ago I started feeling vibrating/tingling sensations in my hands. I had never felt this feeling before. This sensation increased steadly and progressed throughout my body. 3 days later this sensation was felt throught my legs, arms and even my lips. I had loss my sense of touch entirely. This vibrating feeling was tormenting. Everything I touched was increased to an intense vibration within me. I was unable to get any sleep that night because of this intense feeling and went to a neurologist. They gave me cat scan and MRIs. They found nothing wrong. They also tested my blood and urine.
I was concerned that I may have MS but they strongly disagreed and said it may just be anxiety. Ever since then I continue to feel tingling and vibrating in my hands every other week or so. This sensation last for about 4 days straight. It hasn't progressed to my lower body again though. I am really concerned about this and wish I knew whats wrong with me?
