What Can Cause Shortness Of Breath And Weakness Upon Walking?

Although my pcp and other physicians (ER, clinic, etc.) that my lungs are clear and my heart looks/sounds great, I can now barely walk more than a very short distance and I m out of breath, my legs feel extremely weak, and I must stop and catch my breath. I m a professional singer and I don t get out of breath when I sing for long periods of time.
