What Can Cause Shortness Of Breath With Numbness In The Body?

Hi, my name is Bernice and i am 31 year old. I have several questions . I have been having a very hard pain in my left side of my body, goes to my arm all the way to my pinky finger and my toes go numb, i feel numbness, heaviness, shortness of breath sometimes, most times, very tired even if i do not exercise. sharp pain, makes me cry , feel weak, want to throw up when i get it, feel like fainting.
