What Can Cause Shoulder Pain And Chest Pain?

My mom has been having shoulder pain chest pain heaviness in top of shoulders nausea headache elevated blood pressure and wbc...had heart cath done yesterday worse blockage was 60% and doctor said they don't stint or surgery unless 75%...history of heart problems and cancer thruout family and she had breast cancer 10 yrs ago.....what could all these symptoms be coming from? Also low sodium level and elevated potassium level..
