What Can Cause Spotting And Stomach Pain Before Periods?

Hi... I was to start my period end of last month September I spotted a few times and that s it was having a lot of pain in my stomach and still having pain I been urine a lot and at the end I feel a little pain I took a test to see if I was pregnant it said negative... I have no idea what s wrong with me I need help

It appears as though you could have a urinary tract infection. This is common and mostly harmless if treated appropriately with antibiotic coverage. Please visit your doctor and request for a urine examination, after which a more accurate diagnosis can be established and treatment can be directed accordingly.
