Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Chronic smoking can lead to anxiety symptoms, cardiac problem and increase acid secretion. Anxiety can lead to acute chest pain due to muscle spasm and by lowering pain threshold. Increase acid production can cause chest pain due to acidity and acid reflux.

For treatment quit smoking and then remain abstinent from smoking. In presence of anxiety treatment with anxiolytics will be helpful. Same time get evaluated to rule out cardiac problem, acidity and acid reflux.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
