What Can Cause Suffocation And Blocked Nose?

After 15 minutes bleeding from my nose had stopped .but from that day I feel sufocation in every time.so there is the exost fan in my room for ventilation.if the fresh air does not comes my room.i feel sufocated.and after some time later my nose closes so what is the problem sir.

Hi,

Noted your short history about your nasal bleeding followed by suffocation and nasal blockage if you do not get fresh air so that you have to keep exhausted fan going on.

The commonest cause I can think of are as follows: First of all, we will have to find the cause of nasal bleeding by an ENT Endoscopy and further tests of blood for coagulopathy, an opinion of a NET Surgeon so that it can be treated accordingly.

This will also help to see for the cause of the feeling of suffocation. If the cause is congestion then the medical management like local nasal decongestant drops, oral decongestant, and anti-inflammatory can help to give you relief.

If there is a mass or so then you may need surgical correction. Also watch for any allergens in your room like molds, mildews and fungi or so and clean them up by vacuum cleaner.
