What Can Cause Swelling In Ear After A 0g?

So I've been stretching my ears for a couple months, and I sized up to 0g, I sized up way too soon because of the pain. After a while my ear started to swell and become hard. I took out the 0g and sized down. The swelling went down. But there was blood and I don't know what to do

Use Metronidazole + Povidone-Iodine ointment in 0g area. Your ear will be fine.
