What Can Cause Swelling,itching And Smelly Discharge In Vagina?

Hi!! I got my surgical abortion done on 26 Jan, then i was 7 weeks pregnant. now after nearly a month of abortion Iam experiencing vaginal itching and vaginal discharge. The discharge is smelly and the texture is creamy. Also i feel that my Inner Labia is a little swelled up. i just want to know whether this is normal?? Am I infected with something??
