What Can Cause Tiredness, bloating, headaches, cramping And Back Pain?
Hi. I am 23 and have had two children. I got my period on July 3rd (it was early and I was on birth control) I think the reason it started so early was due to stress. But, I got my period again on the 25th and it was a lot lighter than normal. It lasted a week as usual. But ever since it ended I have had extreme bloating, headaches, cramping, and back pain that goes back and forth from my hips, to my lower back, and then up my back (feels somewhat like back labor.) I took a pregnancy test last Saturday and it was negative. I have no been taking my birth control since the last period because it needs to be refilled. I have also been extremely tired as well. I m very concerned as I don t have insurance at the moment. What could be wrong? TIA.
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Well, from your description of the symptoms, it appears as though you are experiencing some withdrawal effect. Yet, the pain warrants a proper clinical evaluation and a sonogram of the pelvis. To confirm/exclude pregnancy, the blood test can be helpful. Cysts of the ovary, polyps of the cervix and the uterus also can cause similar picture. Further management can be planned after evaluation. Hope this helps.
