What Can Cause Water Gush In Vagina?

My house help had a stomach ache last night and said she was fine this morning. About 30 minutes ago this evening (about 12 hours later) she has had a water gush from her Vagina. I have asked her enough times if she is pregnant and she said NO. What could be the problem?
