What Can Cause White Spot On Clitoris?

Hi...I noticed a few weeks ago a very small spot on my clitoris. It is hard, and hurts to touch it. I just noticed that it feels a bit larger right now, and when I looked at it, I noticed that it is white, and it looks like a tiny piece of skin poking out of my clitoris. It is not a bump, but it is very sore. Should I be very worried?
