What Can Cause Yellow Penile Discharge?

Hello! I Noticed I have a few yellow stains in my underwear over the last few days. They look like pee droplets but I’m unsure. I never see discharge actually coming out of my penis but in that seems like all the internet wants to tell me. Any idea?

There is nothing wrong in having yellow penile discharge. The semen do look yellowish after it dried. You can always go for further investigation.
