What Can Exaggerate Wheezing Problems?

Hello doc,We have two young boys who have wheezing issues and the condition worsens with cold induced cough. Would living in a highrise building in the top floors( between 20-30 floors) increase their chance of worsening the health conditions; as there will be change in temperature and humidity levels on top floors? Please provide your valuable feedback. Thanks,Jaya
