What Can Explain Rashes On Thighs And Abdomen With Fatigue While Suffering From Diabetes?

I am more scarred then I have ever been. I have a rash on my inner thighs and tummy. There was bed bugs next door and they sprayed all the houses. But I had unprotected sex two weeks ago. I m so scarred because I also has diarrhea yesterday and I did lose a few pounds over the last month. I m so scarred because every thing on the web points to HIV. I do have diabetes so I don t know if the fatigue is from that or not but I am also a smoker. But I do have the rash that looks like little red itchy raised bumps, I scratch and they get little scabs. They are tiny. The diarrhea, tired, and the rash but no fever, sore throat or sores in mouth yet. I also before the rash had been getting blisters all over my hands when doing dishes with the strong dawn dish soap but I have sensitive skin to perfumes and detergents. I also have contact dermatitis so my questions is do you think I might have HIV. I m so scarred

Hello there,
I can understand your concern. The rash you have described seems more like either it is contact dermatitis again to some bed sheet or product you recently used or it could be bed bugs which bit you. To know for sure if you have HIV or not you may need to wait for 3 months after last unprotected intercourse or exposure to check with ELISA test. After 2 -3 weeks one may get a PCR test which is very expensive.But there is no other way to tell if you have or not been infected by the virus. Henceforth please be careful and always use a condom.
Do not worry too much as stress and anxiety may be also causing diarrhea and tiredness. Your symptoms of rash are more like dermatitis.
Get a check if you are so paranoid.
