What Can Explain Stabbing Pain In Lower Abdomen With Twitching Sensation?

for about the past 2 weeks i heve been getting seriously bad stabbing pains in my lower stomache

sometimes the last 15 seconds,sometimes 15mins

ive tried lying on my back and front, walking around, bending over and streching to ease the pain but nothing works

sometimes the pain is all over my lower stomache but sometimes i get shooting pains coming from a point between my left hip and my elly button i also get an occasional fluttery/twitching feeling here.

since i have started getting these stabbing pains i have kept feeling like im going to be sick and getting headaches

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

You have got recurrent sharp stabbing pains in the left abdomen between the naval and hip bone, this is most suggestive of the following :
Impacted stone in the left ureter.
Colitis with obstruction may be due to Cancer of the sigmoid.

I would advise you the following:
X-ray of the KUB region of the abdomen
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
Test of urine, blood and stool.

If the stone is found, it needs to be removed.
Get an opinion of the Urologist so that further treatment and investigations can be decided.
