What Can Help Manage A Shaky Left Hand For Several Years With Carbidopa-levodopa Side Effects Causing Restless Hands And Feet?

hi, my hand has been shaking for 7 years and I came from suriname to the u.s.a and I am now in the contact with the neurologist and they told me that I have Parkinson disease and I am using the carbidopa levodopa which gives me side effects. my hands are restless. and feet. left only has been shaking for 8 or 7 years. it s been hard to pick up something it s shaking and etcc.etc.. so i hope something from you guys
