What Can Help Relieve Severe Pain In My Right Leg From Hip To Knee, Which Has Lasted For 17 Years?

Hi, myself disha jogia suffering from severe pain in my right leg from hip to knee if done some heavy work. Suffering from pain for last 17 years done lots of MRI but nobody suggest correct treatment. All named doctors gives steroids & painkillers. Please suggest some treatment or medicines. I dont want to do operation or any kind of shots.
