Hello
You are having
dizziness but it is also associated with
nausea . Before this there was
cold . As I have noted in my patient that few patients develops dizziness after cold .
As you mentioned that you are having nausea and dizziness . May be due to ,
1 Hyper acidity as this is a common cause of dizziness and nausea . So avoid fried , spicy , fatty foods . Also don't take excessive coffee or tea . When such type of patient visit in my clinic I advise them to take
antacid . But if symptoms are severe then to take
proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole- D two times in day for 5-7 days.
2 If you are also having cold ( as you mentioned in query ) , then you must take antihistamine like ( monteleukast+
fexofenadine ) twice in day.
As you mentioned that usually all these symptoms happens in night , usually hyper acidity occurs in the night in empty stomach ( as you also mentioned that you are also having hunger ) .
In my opinion control your diet .
3 Tension or
anxiety is another cause of such symptoms , so try to avoid all these.
In my opinion you will be alright within above mentioned steps ,but if still feel dizziness then consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
