What Care Should Be Taken For Apical Pleural Thickening?

I am a professional and dreaming to work in Singapore or in USA, Canada or Australia . But I am worried because xray says i have Apical Pleural Thickening at the upper right of lungs but the pulmonologist issued a certificate that there is no need for a work up I am fit to work. Do you think i can pursue with my plan?

Hello,

Apical pleural thickening is a normal aging process. If the thickening is more than 2 cm we have to do further investigations. Otherwise, need not worry.
