Female: 35 yrs, 120 lbs, 5 2 . I feel tired, without energy, loss of hair, moody, irregular menstruation, heartburn , diarrhea or constipation, headaches, nauseas,... My family have: cancer, cirrhosis of the liver, hepatitis , diabetes, hashimoto, hypertension, hyperthiroidism,...

your lab tests are in normal range Except hemoglobin. You do not have worry much about it. The symptoms you have or mostly due to anemia or low hemoglobin. You can take multivitamin tablets along with Iron and folate . you should also take an antacid like Pantoprazole.
Have regular exercise and meditation as part of your daily routine.You should take adequate water (5-6 liters/day ) .
