What Cases Dry Mouth In An Anxiety Patient On Celexa?

I have anxiety. Today i got dry mouth. I kept thinkibg sonerhibgs wrong so i keep spitting. My throat is semi sore now. And im flushed. Ive been flushed like 4 times today. I was super anxious yeaterday so i passed out and not able to eat the whole day. I got more anxious bc im into bodybuildibg and not hitting your macros is a huge impact on the body. Im literally freaking out bc i get chest pai s to from this. What do i do?and last year i was put on celexa and it gave me arrythmia. I still experience arythmia once in a while especially when i get upset.
