What Casues Chronic Fatigue And Blood Spots On The Arms?

My spouse is suffering from chronic fatigue with almost no energy and red blood spots are always showing up on her arms without any contact to anything. so far we have not been able to get any constructive help from any local physician. What type of specialist should she make an appointment with.
