What Casues Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Cramps?

I think I may be pregnant, I m 5 days late on my period, I have been getting a slight suddle shot of pain to the right side of my vagina. I was getting slight cramps but when I thought I was getting my period white stuff just came out. Now the cramps are hardly noticeable. Ive also been bloated. I ve also been very tired and my nipples/breasts have been tender to touch. Help?

Hello,

1. First of all, to confirm your pregnancy you need to take up a urine pregnancy test at home.
2. Do it on the 12th day of the missed period as the hormone HCG level will be highest after 2 weeks of the missed period.
3. If the test is negative then to rule of any pathology going on inside your body get an ultrasound done to see the status of your ovaries.
4. And you can also take medicine norethindrone 10mg twice a day for 5 days and then stop. You will get your periods whatever the reason may be.
