I work the night turn shift so I get 6-8 hours of sleep when I get home from work. When I wake up I am still real tired, so I will take a nap before I have to go to work. My family and I thought it was because I work night turn, but the thing is that this was still happening when I worked daylight for about 8 months. I am always tireed no matter what I try to do. What could be causing this?
Hi thanks for using healthcaremagic.... Tiredness could be due to so many reasons....Your changing work schedules can cause tiredness But it is better to have a routine blood check up including blood counts, liver function test, thyroid profile and blood sugar values After doing the blood investigations we can decide about further plans thank you...
