What Casues Low BP And Insomnia While On Metformin?

I am taking Metformin ER 500 MG 24 HR TAB the pharmacy changed something in this pill. I take it twice a day. It makes my blood sugar to low , it makes my blood pressure to low. It makes me feel sick, weak. sleepy. breathing bad . I can not sleep good at night. What is going on with the Metformin it has not always had 24hr behind it. KB
