What Casues Lower Abdominal Pain And Delayed Periods?
I am seemong to have some stomach, ovaries, lower abdominal pain. I have missed my period by 4 days and I am having most of the symptoms for a pregnancy... I took 3 testbut they have come out negative. I want to know if it is possible to not have a positive on pregnancy tests even though you are pregnant.?

You should wait to take a pregnancy test until the week after your missed period for the most accurate result.
If you are pregnant, your body needs time to develop detectable levels of HCG.
