Just out of the shower and noticed my feet were a darker red below thw midline of a flat foot and there waas redness around my instep with a patch of whate skin in the middle of the red. Never saw this before although the redness on the lower portion of the foot has been around from time to time. What could this be?

It could be that you are taking showers for long period of time or the water temperature is too hot which can cause redness. Also when your skin is too wet it will cause white patchy skin. recommend you dry your skin completely after showers. if the redness still persists then inspect your foot for open wounds and possible source of infection
