What Casues Severe Fatigue While On Prozac?

I m 40 years old, male, I was diagnosed with severe depression about 2-3 months ago. Got on Prozac & it really helped. Everything is going great, except I still tired all the time. I yawn constantly & I have to take a nap in the afternoons. I also recently got put on oxygen for sleep deprivation. I did a sleep study & they told me my oxygen levels were going down as I slept. Any ideas on fatigue? Or why I m tired? The doctors drew blood & looked for anything obvious but found nothing. I m at a loss

my dear friend the cause of fatigue or tiredness is obviously arising from lack of sleep, your sleep deprivation is so pronounced yhat it demands oxygen.what i think is that you should see the pulmonologist or Ent specialist for the treatment of proper sleep .i amwuite sure youwont feel fatigued after the treatment .your anti depressant can not be held responsible for this much fatigue .please get your thyroid tests done .hope you arerelieved of your symptoms .
