What Casues Severe Headache And Dizziness?

Hi, So I had a sudden very painful and sharp headache in both of my temples that made me almost dizzy and it lasted for a few seconds then the pain went down into my neck and then I had a regular headache. I was wondering if this is something that I should be concerned about or if it is just a weird headache. This isn t the first time this has happened but it has never been this severe.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a tension headache.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also suggest avoiding factors that may trigger the symptoms.
