What Casues Severe Headache While Suffering From Fibromyalgia?

I have some pretty serious lumbar disc issues (spinal fusion prev recommended), herniated discs & fibromyalgia.... Recently when I strain my low back (sneezing, bending over at the waist, etc) my head kills. Not sure how to explain the pain, but it s like when you don t want to cough because you know how bad your throat hurts, but you have to anyway and just have to deal with it.... It hurts real bad... not really sure what s going on. Any ideas?

Since spinal verthebrae are like dominoes ,it is quite possible that your upper,cervical,,that is neck,spine is also a mirror image of lumbar parts.....and the exact diagnostic,therapy is also very similar to lower parts. Arm yourself with lots of patience
