46 yrs old, female Second time lower back pain, extremely painful, in 3 months. It s so bad, I can barely get out of bed. The pain takes my breath away and at times so bad, I cry. Menstrual bleeding for 20 days, started May 27th. Extremely tired all the time. Pain in both sides of my neck.. just below my ears, running downward towards my collar bone.
Consult with your gynecologist as soon as possible and run further tests: abdominal ultrasound, complete blood count,(to rule out anemia secondary to long time menstrual bleeding).
Wish fast recovery.

What Casues Severe Pain In The Lower Back?
Hi, Lower back pain is associated with menstrual bleeding you are having for 20 days now. Possibly you are entering menopause. Take spasmex for the pain or diclophenac. Consult with your gynecologist as soon as possible and run further tests: abdominal ultrasound, complete blood count,(to rule out anemia secondary to long time menstrual bleeding). Wish fast recovery.
