What Casues Vomiting And Stomach Discomfort?

Ive been checkout by doctors. I have been having troubles with my stomach. I did endoscope both ends and no signs of ulcer or cuts. Stomach will fill with bile and cause vomiting constantly. this will last for a week. I have been dealing with this for 20 years with out any solution to what is causing it. I am a light smoker non drinker. I have been losing weight steadily and have had 2 episopdes in the past month, which is getting worse. They put me on Promethazine and Pantoprprazole. Both don t help as well as Zantax and Lanicane. They say that they did not detect and tumors or any other abnormal signs of cancer. Im stuck with being violently ill when this occurs. Any solution to this sickness? Also I do have Lyme s which never was treated and went without treatment for 1 year. Not sure if it part of it because I had symptoms prior to the Lymes.

Hello. You may be having acid peptic disease. You need to follow some lifestyle tips along with medications

1. Do not eat spicy food
2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm
4. Drink plenty of water
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis
7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
