I am 52 yrs old, I just found out my grandfather (fathers dad)had parkinsons disease- I have had 6 spine surgeries 4-neck 2 low back. However, rather than my symptoms decreasing they seem to increase/multiply. my vision keeps getting worse to where in 1 year I went from regular lenses for nearsightedness to Progressive lenses. I have pain all over, my joints and hands cramp up and are so stiff when I wake up or after sitting I can barely move. A lot of fatique, poor balance, used to have a great memory but find it is failing on recent things as well. Tested for RA (blood work), Lupus, Brain scan for MS, but drs say I have Fibromyalgia and pain etc, from my spinal surgeries.I was taken off work last year due to all the issues and to manage the pain . I am curious am I at risk for Parkinsons since my grandfather had it ? Trying to get to the bottom of what is causing all these issues
