General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Read and understood your history of blocked ear for 6 weeks loosing the ability to decipher the voiced.
This indicated that you still have severe otitits media and / or otitis interna.
You are also getting headache, numbness on face and head.

You need to consult another ENT Surgeon to find out the clinical evaluation and correlation with the CT scan of the Ears and Audiometry why this change.
The treatment will definitely dependent upon the findings.
