What Cause A Swollen And Bleeding Bump In The Groin Area?

I have a bump this swollen and is bleeding, very painful when i touch it, also it is by my bakini line, and i havent saved down there for awhile and i know what those bumps are, and i know that Isnt it. It is swolleen, purple and blue at the base of it and looks like a open wound at the top. What could it be?

Hi,

It seems to be a furuncle which is a bacterial infection the hair follicle. I would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
